Threadhopping: My FAVORITE.  Please threadjack in any post he makes, but seek permission from others involved.
Fourthwalling: Absolutely. I'm not sure how sure! 
Offensive subjects (elaborate):  Me?  I play from Warhammer.  You know, the canon where Uriel Ventris got shoved in a daemonculaba? I am pretty much trigger-warning proof.  The only thing I need a squick warning for is mechpreg.

Hugging this character: Yes, I promise he won't try to kill you
Kissing this character: Yes, he most likely won't try to kill you.
Flirting with this character: Yes, though he will absolutely doubt your sanity.
Fighting with this character: Yes, because this is the most natural option.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Let's talk first! I'm certainly not against it (people who play negative CR characters should expect negative CR consequences!) but there might be other plots, etc to work around.
Killing this character: With prior discussion, and if it makes metaplot sense, yes! 
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I mean he's gonna try it on YOU so it's only fair.  Try your best.  If you get anything, it's likely because he LET you in (unless you're torturing him or something).  I can link you to what you'd get from him (what the Black Rage feels like).

Warnings:
He does need to periodically drink blood.  If you get too close to him especially if you're bleeding, he might get a little, uh, *interested*.
